Tailored Futures delivers a bespoke service for People on Probation (PoPs) to assist them to reintegrate back into the community.

We aim to provide People on Probation (PoPs) with the confidence, support, and necessary tools to enable them to meet everyday challenges such as when looking to secure employment, housing or resuming Education. We provide opportunities through the provision of a personalised service tailored to each client's needs.

Tailored Futures functions in line with the Ministry of Justice’s policies and approach, by improving outcomes for the criminal justice system; supporting people on probation to take control over often very chaotic lifestyles; overcome addiction; find employment and reconnect with their families. We know that people who leave prison with strong foundations in place to make a success of their lives are less likely to reoffend. We know that employment also plays a vital role in cutting crime that is why we equip people on probation with the skills needed to help them attain employment and reintegrate into the community.

The objective of our company's service is to reduce the rates of re-offending and ultimately make our communities a safer place to live.
