As the saying goes, a healthy mind is a healthy body. Understanding that everyone is different, we have designed a specialised fitness programme that will enable every participant to achieve their fitness goals using a variety of training methods and equipment in the way that ultimately works for them.
Our fitness sessions are specially designed and delivered by a qualified fitness instructor. Sessions will typically last for 2 hours duration between 8 to 12 weeks depending on the PoPs requirement. This service is usually delivered within a probation hostel as a purposeful activity that encourages a healthy lifestyle to the PoPs, and a way for them to motivate and support each other.
