Tailored Futures staff are experts in their fields and are experienced in providing link services to varied client groups and service providers. Our team understands the challenges faced by service users when seeking to access voluntary or statutory services, and thus Link Work is designed to support the service user in easily accessing such specialized services. We actively support the smooth migration of service users to benefit from target providers. Utilizing our Tailored action plan our staff work with service user one-to-one to plan and prioritize in search of the most suitable course of action dependent on the client's need.
